LDP is a customized program developed for senior professionals at Sivashakthi Group of Companies to upgrade their skills and knowledge so that they become all rounded professionals. They will be trained in different managerial subjects and for the same the company has entered into a joint venture with VIGJYANA JYOTHI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT ( VJIM) .
The LDP has 4 modules covering sales and marketing and customer service, finance, HR, Operations / Production and IT. The course pedagogy involved class room session along with projects for a period of 4 months. This LDP will run for a total period of 16 – 18 months and the participants will be awarded PDGM degree at the end of the course. The projects done by the participants fulfill the practical implementation of the learnings done.
